Liam is an RSA Approved Driving Instructor for car (Category B), and also an RSA Approved Instructor for bus/coach (Category D). He teaches in an automatic car and specialises in pre-test preparation and fault correction, so if your test is close, or something went wrong on the last one, that is exactly the work he does. Behind it is a strong professional background in Irish passenger transport, from busy city driving to wider public transport operations, which gives him a deep understanding of road safety, observation, planning, passenger comfort and professional driving standards.
Liam brings more than ordinary driving experience to his lessons. He understands what it means to drive safely under real road conditions, manage hazards early, read traffic behaviour, position correctly and make calm decisions under pressure. These are the same skills that help learner drivers become safer and more confident, and better able to drive on their own.

- Professional experience in Irish passenger transport
- Experience in city and regional driving environments
- QQI Level 6 in Training Delivery & Evaluation / Train the Trainer
- QQI Level 5 in Health & Safety
- Strong focus on hazard awareness, observation and safe decision-making
- Calm, practical and learner-focused teaching approach
